Ice Hockey Leagues Update

It has taken me far too long to get this update done but I got sidelined with career and other life stuff. With this update we find the beginnings of organized hockey from the proto-league of the Montreal Winter Carnival Hockey Tournament to the Amateur Hockey Association of Canada, which is essentially a precursor to the NHL (more info on that theory to come!)
It is amazing to think back about the humble and tentative roots Hockey. This sport started off as a recreational activity to give Football players something to do in the winter off-season and then grew into a massive sport in its own right, with international competitions and one of the most prestigious sporting trophies in the world.
From 1883 to 1899 we see the two streams of hockey being developed. We see Proto-Leagues emerging into Elite Leagues, then we see Top Player Leagues where the teams were just focused on winning and did not really care about setting up sustainability in the form of a stronger league.
There are many more updates to come!
